Meet Lisa O'Neill

Creator of Women in Property 2027

I've had this dream for a long time.

Not a conference. Not a networking breakfast. A beautiful full day event built entirely around the women who keep property moving.

The women in this industry are extraordinary. They show up every day, drive results, build teams, and keep businesses running. They deserve a day that reflects that.

On 5 March 2027, we're creating it. 500+ women in a room full of beauty, inspiration and energy.

A day for the woman who wants to invest in herself. A day for the team that deserves to be celebrated. A day for the leader who knows that when you back your people, everyone wins.
